Login to your nuBoxZ account and click on Dashboard --> "Reserve boxZ"
  • Step 1: Copy and paste "link of item" from the online marketplace
  • Step 2: Item information will automatically be populated
  • Step 3: Select nuBoxZ location, select Pick-up and date of Pick-up
  • Step 4: Summary of item is shown, click on "Submit"
  • Final Step: Click on "Copy your nuBoxZ link" and share with the Seller

  • Inspect your item, accept or return item

How to Check Before Buying
Inspect your item prior to confirming transaction
  • Go to the location after receipt of notification
  • Enter access code in kiosk to open nuBoxZ
  • Check if item is what it should be
  • If you want to return as per nuBoxZ policy

  • Cancel transaction at kiosk
  • Commited payment is reimbursed as per nuBoxZ return policy

At nuBoxZ we provide users with a digital code to confirm delivery and receipt of the product, we use a digital payment service that will securely hold the funds until the item is in the seller’s position. This will protect both the buyer and the seller throughout the transactions process.

What items cannot be bought and sold using the nuBoxZ service?

  • People or Animals
  • Alcohol (or any other goods that require identification)
  • Illegal items
  • Dangerous items (weapons, explosives, flammable, etc.)
  • Stolen goods
  • Drug Paraphernalia etc.

Any item within reason that is not listed in restricted items list above that can fit in a 18”x12” space.
